Ken McCrayKen McCray leads Channel Sales and Operations for the Americas. McCray most recently served as the Head of Americas Channel Sales and Operations, which included our corporate resellers, distribution partners, and inside channel account team. He has more than 27 years of experience in the high tech industry, and is a highly respected and seasoned channel veteran with a wealth of field expertise.
McCray began his career at Intel Security in 1993 as a Channel Account Manager. During his tenure, he has been recognized for his many accomplishments in transforming the channel organization. Some of those accomplishments include: the formation of an inside channel account team to handle a centralized partner onboarding process; creation of the accelerated deal registration program and portal, which is now used globally by over 30,000 partners; the rationalization project of the North America Distribution Partners to expand our routes-to-market and improve order processing; and the launching of the Partner Care team in Bangalore to provide back-office support to more than 8,500 reseller partners and distributors. Additionally, in 2012 McCray was recognized as one of CRN’s Top 100 People to Know in the IT industry and has received the Channel Account Manager of the Year award four times.
