D.J. Long

D.J. Long is Vice President of Strategic Business Development at McAfee. D.J. joined McAfee in August of 2015 following nearly nine years at EMC, where he most recently led Technology Alliances and Business Development at VCE (previously a joint venture between EMC and Cisco with investment from VMware and Intel). As one of the founding executives of VCE, D.J. helped grow the company to over $2B in annual revenue. Earlier in his career, he led the RSA Strategic Technology Alliances and Business Development team where he led the RSA partner ecosystem, and managed a wide range of acquisitions, strategic investments, divestitures, and OEM partnerships. Previously, D.J. has held business development, channel management, and corporate development roles at Avaya, VoIP provider iBasis, and Avid Technology. D.J. is a graduate of Boston College. He and his wife live outside Boston in Wayland, Massachusetts and have two adult children.
